Promotion system
Texon has six-levels of work positions, according to competence and performance, and applies a general promotion system based on performance, as well as promotion-by-selection for excellent accomplishers.

- Individual performance rated by the Performance Evaluation Management system
- Differential annual salary and an increase of performance pay in the next-year salary negotiation according to the individual performance rating
- Incentive payments according to the individual performance rating
