Systematic and fair human resource system

Promotion system

Texon has six-levels of work positions, according to competence and performance, and applies a general promotion system based on performance, as well as promotion-by-selection for excellent accomplishers.

Individual employees

  • Individual performance rated by the Performance Evaluation Management system
  • Differential annual salary and an increase of performance pay in the next-year salary negotiation according to the individual performance rating
  • Incentive payments according to the individual performance rating

Individual team

  • Evaluations of whether or not a team achieves the goals set at the beginning of a year (team incentive)
  • Differential payment according to the achievement of the team’s goals

Education system

Education for each work position

  • Training of new employees
  • On/off-line education of team leaders and managers

On-the-job education for functional roles

  • Improvement of employee’s capabilities (support for education fees)
